After-sales service purpose

Service terms
1. The main unit of the intercom is guaranteed for 12 months, and accessories (battery, charger) are guaranteed for 6 months.
2. A warranty card stamped and fully filled out by Quanzhou Henryda Telecommunications Equipment Co., Ltd. or an authorized dealer, or a valid original purchase invoice serves as proof for determining the warranty period.
3. The following reasons will not be eligible for warranty service:
1) Exceeding the warranty period;
2) The warranty card has been altered or does not match the product;
3) Defects or damages caused by abnormal and unconventional use of this product;
4) Defects or damages caused by misuse, accidents, water ingress, or negligence;
5) Defects or damages caused by incorrect testing, operation, maintenance, installation, modification, or adjustment;
6) Defects or damages caused by unauthorized repairs or disassembly;
7) Defects or damages caused by force majeure factors;
8) Charging batteries in the following situations:
a. Any damage to the battery casing seal or any unsealing phenomenon;
b. Defects or damages caused by charging or using under conditions not specified for the product;
9) Wear and tear under normal use.
